This Privacy Policy explains how Little Task Master (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you visit littletaskmaster.com or use the Blood Sugar Tracker.

this website
This website is a static site. It does not have user accounts, a customer database, or an online checkout. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies on these pages.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting / Google) may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and the page requested. That information is used to operate, secure, and diagnose the website. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send, including your email address, and we use that only to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation as needed.
blood sugar tracker
Our Blood Sugar Tracker uses Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Apps Script to provide spreadsheet tracking, quick-entry forms, automated reminders, emails, and appointment summaries. The information you enter remains in your Google account; we do not receive, store, sell, or use your blood sugar readings or related health information for advertising or AI training.
The tracker requests access to Google services only as needed to provide these features. You can revoke access through your Google Account at any time. Revoking access does not delete files already stored in your Google Drive.
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

The tracker uses:
- Google Sheets, to create and maintain your tracker spreadsheet
- Google Forms, to collect readings and optional context through a quick-entry form
- Google Apps Script, to automate reminders, write form responses into your sheet, and generate summaries
- Google email services (such as Gmail), to send reminder emails and requested appointment-summary emails
google data accessed, and why
Depending on the features you use, the tracker may access:
- Your Google account identity, so the tracker can run for the signed-in user
- Google Drive / Google Sheets files that the tracker creates or that you authorize it to use, so it can store and update your tracker
- Google Forms that the tracker creates or that you authorize it to use, so it can collect entries
- Email sending capability, so it can deliver reminders and requested summaries
Access is requested only to operate the tracker’s features: creating and updating your sheet, processing form entries, sending reminders, and preparing summaries you ask for.
where tracker data is stored
Readings, notes, and related tracker information are stored in files in your own Google account (typically Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Forms). Little Task Master does not maintain a separate database of your blood sugar readings or related health information.
Email reminders and summaries are sent through Google’s email services to the address associated with your use of the tracker. Those messages may pass through ordinary email systems.
what we do not do with tracker data
- We do not sell your tracker data.
- We do not use your tracker data for advertising.
- We do not use your tracker data to train AI models.
- We do not use Google user data received through Google APIs to serve ads or to train generalized AI / ML models.
revoking google access
You can revoke the tracker’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions page: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you revoke access, the tracker can no longer update your files or send reminders. Files already saved in your Google Drive, Sheets, or Forms remain until you delete them.
data protection and security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Google user data and other personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Information transmitted between your device and our website is protected using HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Access to Google user data is controlled through Google’s OAuth authorization system and limited to the permissions required for the tracker to provide its features. Little Task Master does not maintain a separate server-side database containing your blood sugar readings or related health information. The tracker data stored in your Google account is protected by the security controls provided by Google.
We do not request or store your Google account password. You can revoke the tracker’s Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions.
sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with service providers who host this website, with Google as needed for the tracker to function in your account, or if required by law.
retention
Website hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s ordinary operations. Email you send us is kept as long as needed to handle your request and any related record-keeping. Tracker files in your Google account remain under your control.
children
This website and the Blood Sugar Tracker are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. The current version will be posted at https://www.littletaskmaster.com/privacy.
